Landmark Living is the customer-facing brand of M/S SHANKAR PATRA, a proprietorship operating under the trade name Landmark Living Realty.

Submitting an enquiry through www.landmarkliving.in does not constitute a booking, purchase or service commitment.

For property bookings, cancellations and refunds, the applicable booking terms, allotment documents and agreements of the respective project, developer, promoter or property owner shall apply.

For construction and turnkey services, cancellation and refund terms shall be governed by the applicable quotation, work order or service agreement agreed between the parties.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the relevant agreement and applicable terms.
