This policy is structured in line with the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and specific agreements with clients.
1. Refund & Cancellation for RERA-Approved Real Estate Projects
For properties under RERA registration, the following conditions apply:
📌 Cancellation: Clients must adhere to the cancellation terms specified in the RERA Agreement.
📌 Refund Process: Any refund requests will be processed in accordance with RERA guidelines and timelines.
📌 Deductions & Charges: As per the agreement, cancellation charges (if any) will be deducted before processing the refund.
🔎 Tip: Refer to the specific project’s RERA registration number for legally binding terms related to refund and cancellation.
2. Refund & Cancellation for Non-RERA Properties
For properties not registered under RERA, the following terms apply:
📍 Before Booking: Refund and cancellation terms will be mutually agreed upon and documented before finalizing the transaction.
📍 After Booking: Once the property is booked, cancellation requests will be processed strictly as per the Agreement to Sell or other legally binding documents.

If you have engaged us for construction, interior design, or site development, the following policy applies:

For investment advisory, project feasibility, and consultation services, the following applies:
💼 Service Cancellation: Clients can cancel the service before the scheduled consultation or within the mutually agreed timeframe.

🔹 Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days from the date of approval.
🔹 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI/Cheque) used during the transaction.

⚠️ All refunds are subject to deductions as per agreement terms and applicable taxes.
⚠️ Cancellation policies may vary for different projects or services, so clients are advised to carefully review their agreements.
